At Ebisu TG Clinic, we offer hormone therapy for individuals experiencing gender dysphoria (MTF, FTM) or male menopause. Our services are available both to those who have undergone treatment in their home countries and to those seeking treatment for the first time.

Unlike some other clinics, Ebisu TG Clinic does not deny treatment or cause any inconvenience simply because you are a foreign national. Please feel at ease when receiving care.

Booking

Regarding appointment bookings, we generally use a dedicated app. However, if your mobile phone was manufactured outside of Japan, restrictions may prevent you from downloading or using the app. Since the app is convenient for future appointments, we recommend testing whether it works for you.

Our clinic operates only on Mondays.
Please let us know your preferred date for your first consultation (Mondays only).

Available time slots: 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 3:00 PM, 4:00 PM, and 5:00 PM.

Fees

Our clinic fees are straightforward. After the initial consultation, only hormone therapy fees will apply.
Initial consultation fee: ¥5,500
(charged only once, no fee from the second visit onward)
Hormone therapy fees:
Female hormones 1A (10mg): ¥2,400
Female hormones 2A (20mg): ¥4,800
Male hormones 1A (250mg): ¥3,200
From the second visit onward, only the hormone therapy fees will apply.
Additional services provided as needed
Blood tests: Hormone levels ¥7,700, Side effect tests ¥3,850–¥5,500
Online consultation service fee: ¥2,750 (charged only for online consultations)
Document preparation fee: ¥5,500, etc.
